Engage Management Presents At Trinity University

by Scott Ratchinsky

June 11, 2006, Dublin, Ireland

Scott Ratchinsky, Vice President of Engage Management was invited to present at Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland. His topic was to discuss with the MBA class of 2006 the intricacies of forming a new consulting business, barriers to entry and the business plan to success. Scott took the class through a mini hardhat leadership module, which Engage Management has developed to give the class a fresh perspective toward necessary components of field leadership in the American oil patch. The class commented that they themselves learned some key points surrounding people versus client profit. More specifically, how people and profit are linked therefore requiring differing focus to manage successfully. Class question and answer followed where clarification were made concerning relationship building, quality delivery and custom product development.

"We believe that Engage Management will be a very successful consulting business now and into the future due to focus on their customers need for success through people."
